Content
To edit a web page in your site tree click on the Content icon. The screen will present you with a view that includes your working state of this particular page called Drafts, what is currently being displayed live in the Live tab and the ability to view and revert back to previous versions in the Historical tab. These tabs are on the left side on of the Content window. On the top right are the Back to List, Actions and Functions buttons. A panel of Drag and Drop Widgets is also in the top right of the Content window.
Note: Do not the browser's back arrow to return to the Page Manager view as this may take you to a different page within Advantage CSP. Instead use the Back to List button whenever you see it near the top right of the page.

Drafts, Live, Historical Tabs
Drafts
This is referred to as working copy within Advantage CSP. A user can have multiple working copies of a page and or entries within an Advantage CSP tool.
Live
This refers to your website's published content.
Historical
This refers to past versions of pages or tool content entries. If an earlier version needs to be published, then a user can choose the earlier version, click on Copy to Draft and then in the Drafts tab click on Publish, which will publish the record to live the site.
The Drafts tab is where most of your work is done to manage content and edit pages with the following settings.
Templates
Use the drop-down menu to select the page theme. This menu contains your website's master page (template) and associated theme (CSS). Most websites are built with at least one master page (template). Unless your website’s sections differ in structure and style, this drop-down can be left in its default state during day to day content management.
Layout
This drop-down contains all of your website's various predefined page layouts and is used to tell Advantage CSP how to subdivide your template. When a layout is selected from the Layout drop-down, the zones available in the content workspace will change depending on the available layout options you have set up in your instance of Advantage CSP. You also have the ability to customize each layout further when you drag and drop different widgets into it with Drag and Drop Widgets.
Versions
Here you can revert back to previous versions of a page from the list. A new Version is created each time you click Functions and then the Publish button at the top right. Versions are date and time stamped and include the name of the user that created that Version.
Version Name
You can name each draft page with a Version Name. This way you can create a “Pre-Christmas” Page and a “Post-Christmas” Page as part of you website. To create a named version of a page that you are working on simply type in the Version Name box and click Functions and then on Save at the top right. For further page management you can then use the Schedule button and set a date and time to Publish a Draft page, and a date and time to Un-publish a page. Note that the Schedule button will only be available for pages that are in Draft.
Zones
Each page has Zones within the Template for it, and these Zones are used to define where content can be placed.
Drag and Drop Widgets
Here you can see just a sample of the Drag and Drop Widgets that are available to add to your web page. For more detailed information go to this article on Drag and Drop Widgets.
Container Size
The Container Size control allows the user to set the span width of a widget/module. This allows the admin to specify how much of the available real-estate within the nested zone should a widget occupy. The container size can be updated within each widget or through the quick resize from the page content area.
The container sizes range from 25%, 33%, 50%, 66%, 75% and 100%. Depending on your site’s design, not all container sizes will be available.
Orphaned Modules
In the event you switch your Layout, using the layout drop-down, the widgets/modules that were originally nested on the page along with its content will be retained. Should the layout that is selected, contain less zones then previously Layout, those widgets/modules that were nested in a zone that does not map one to one with its predecessor will load in an orphaned state.
When this situation occurs, the admin can either leave those modules in their orphaned state with their content and/or data source fully intact, or drag and drop them into an available zone within the new layout. Orphaned Modules are found at the bottom of a page view when in Draft.
Editing Content for a Page
After clicking on the pencil icon to edit, what you see in the edit view will depend on the specific widget/module you are editing for the page. Your page may have a Banner with an image and so the editor will display the Mobile and Desktop tabs to select an image to add or edit. Remember to click Update to save any changes.
Or the Zone you are managing may have a content widget and you will be presented with the content area to add or edit the page from the Home, Insert, View, Review and Help tabs that have MS Word like content controls that are most commonly referred to as a WYSIWYG. Many familiar control features are there in the Home tab for copy and paste, font size and colour, paragraph alignment and bulleted lists and more. The Insert tab will allow for adding tables, images, videos and links.
Insert tab features.
